Pick a crystal or selection of crystals each morning to either help you set your intention/goal for the day, or because you are drawn to them as these are likely to be those you need at this time.  Carry them in our Lapis London pouch wherever you go to continuously benefit from their energies.

You can also use your crystal toolkit to balance your body's chakras.  Chakras refer to the energy centres in the body, which correspond to major organs and specific nerve bundles.  Place each crystal on its corresponding chakra and relax for at least 5 minutes to balance the body's energy system. 

Chakras need to stay open and balanced to function at their best.  If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to that particular chakra.  By balancing your body's energy system, it will heighten your overall vibrational frequency, helping to restore revitalise and restore your wellbeing.

Add a Selenite Bowl

Selenite is a calming and purifying crystal known for its cleansing properties, it is one of the few crystals that does not need to be cleansed itself.  It is therefore not only its beauty that makes it perfect to display our crystal toolkits, but it will also cleanse the crystals themselves.  It can also be used as a trinket bowl to cleanse and recharge your gemstone jewellery pieces.  The diameter of the selenite bowl is approximately 7-8cm.
